Cherished Mum began with a question I kept asking myself: how do I raise my children in a way that truly honours who they are?
Not who I hope they'll become. Not who the world expects them to be. But who they already are — with all their feelings, their quirks, their quiet moments of doubt and their bursts of pure brilliance.
Parenting two very different children taught me that there is no single formula. What there is, is a commitment to showing up with curiosity instead of judgment. To being their friend, their coach, their safe place — their partner in this wonderful, unpredictable journey called life.
As I found my way, I realised I wasn't alone in the struggle. So many parents carry the same hope — to do right by their children — and the same uncertainty about how. That's why I started sharing. Not as someone who has arrived, but as someone walking the same road, with the same love and the same questions. 💛
